Services Provided
The Magician agrees to provide an entertaining and engaging kids' magic show suitable for the specified audience age range. The show will include age-appropriate magic tricks, comedy, audience participation, and interactive elements.
Performance Fee
The Client agrees to pay the Magician the sum of $250.00 for the performance of the kids' magic show. Payment shall be made in full via Pay Now button below.
Performance Requirements
- The Client shall provide a suitable performance area/stage in your home or other pre-agreed upon location.
- The Client shall ensure the presence of a responsible adult to supervise children during the performance.
- The Client shall provide parking and/or loading/unloading assistance for the Magician's equipment, if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
- Cancellation 21 days or more before the event: 50% of the performance fee shall be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 21 days before the event: None of the performance fee shall be refunded.
- Cancellation due to weather for outdoor events. You may reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. No refunds will be given.
Liability
The Magician shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the performance, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Magician.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Magician and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Acceptance
This agreement shall be binding upon both parties upon receipt of payment and the completed form below.
Payment
Once you have completed this form, you will also need to pay the performance fee by going to the Pay Now page listed at the bottom of this page. Once this form is completed and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation of the date and time.
Discount for Facebook Promotions
There are discounts available for Facebook promotions before and after your show. You can qualify by "following, liking, and sharing" my Facebook page as well as posting photos, and video of the party on your Facebook page and mentioning me and my page in your posts.
